We’re in an exciting period of growth here at Talent Drive, as we continue to expand our team! We are so pleased to welcome Shifa as a Recruitment Consultant and we thought we’d get to know her a little better!
Shifa has four years’ worth of recruitment experience across both agency and in-house – she has recruited in various areas from Finance, HR, Operations to Creative, Marketing and PR. She has also had the opportunity to roll out employer branding initiatives across different markets and implement a new ATS system – much more user-friendly! She has had amazing experiences in her career to date and has placed so many wonderful candidates in exciting roles.
Shifa says:
“I am excited to start my new role at Talent Drive leading the Property and Utilities sector and recruiting from Buyer to Senior Procurement Manager level. I was super keen to get back into the fast-paced agency environment, but it was really important to me to join an agency where the clients, candidates and service was at the forefront of the business and Talent Drive ticked all the boxes on how recruitment should be done!
I will be working with a variety of clients to understand their immediate business objectives, hiring needs and long-term goals and find Procurement super stars to join their team. It’s crucial to have a consultative relationship with both clients and candidates to create a seamless and high-quality service. We’re all about quality over quantity!”
In her spare time you can find her at a brunch, out for cocktails, dinners and the gym (for balance) – and if you ever need a favour from her, we’ve heard chocolate is a winner!
