Talent Drive was founded by our CEO, Martin Smith, on a simple belief: recruitment should be built on expertise, relationships and trust – not outdated KPIs, micromanagement and transactional sales tactics. Having experienced the frustrations of the industry firsthand, Martin set out to build a business that puts clients, candidates and consultants at the heart of everything it does.
Today, Talent Drive is one of the UK’s leading specialist Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment consultancies, partnering with FTSE-listed organisations, PE-backed businesses and high-growth scale-ups across the UK and internationally.
We don’t just scan a database of candidates and fire a load of CVs over to our clients to pick the best one. We network, we ask for referrals and recommendations, and we only work with organisations who truly want to partner with us as a specialist in our field.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING DAY TO DAY?
- Taking ownership of key client relationships and cultivating them through frequent calls, meetings and networking events
- Speaking to industry-leading Procurement candidates and sharing opportunities with them as you build a reputation as the “go to” Procurement recruiter in your area
- Creating compelling job adverts for clients, assessing responses, and presenting your shortlist
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to offer management and contract completion
- Continually expanding your Procurement network and helping shape the growth of the business as we deliver for clients and candidates alike
WHERE WILL I BE BASED?
Every role at Talent Drive is fully flexible on location. We have offices in London and Poole, and try to meet as a team every week – but if home-based is your preferred option, that’s not a problem. If weekly isn’t possible, we catch up at least once a month as a team to share best practice, training and celebrate the month’s wins.
