Of all the recruiters I have worked with during the past two months when applying to change jobs, Talent Drive have been both the best and most helpful to have worked with. Shifa provided me with feedback after every interview round and shared tips on what to expect in terms of questions and format at each stage. This helped hugely with my preparation and confidence going into each stage. The easing of a pain and frustration associated with a job search: Ultimately within this process all I ended up having to do was show up for the interviews..! Beth made each process I took part in extremely easy and stress-free which allowed me to focus on the opportunity at hand more! Communication was always good, even with Beth working to the late hours of the evening / early hours in the morning to provide updates etc. – Honestly, recruiters are often a pain to deal with..! I did not have that type of experience with Talent Drive and would definitely recommend to any candidates on the market!
