Welcome Ella!
We’re excited to welcome not just one, but two amazing new Recruitment Consultants to the Talent Drive team! Ella and Haley recently joined our expanding Talent Drive family, so we thought we’d get to know them a little bit better!
MEET ELLA:
Ella Butler has joined Talent Drive to manage and develop key accounts across our Retail/ FMCG and Healthcare sector across all salary ranges. Ella has a wealth of recruitment experience across both account management, recruitment and business development.
“I have 6 years recruitment experience, working in agency and internal mainly specialising in the healthcare sector and also supporting on other sectors such as, Administrative and HR.
I’m excited for the opportunity to work with such a fast growing and innovative team and grow my knowledge within the sector, I love that we’re a small company from all different backgrounds but all working towards one goal!
Day to day, I will be managing and developing key accounts across our FMCG and Healthcare sectors, speaking to candidates understanding their needs and finding the right position for them.
In my spare time I like to spend as much time as possible with my partner and son, we love finding scenic walks to take our dog, Rosco!”
