Sourcing Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Talent Drive are pleased to be recruiting for a Sourcing Manager to join a well-established healthcare procurement team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Ideally looking for someone immediately available to start.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of sourcing projects, working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver compliant, value-driven procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across a range of procurement projects.
- Manage tenders, framework agreements and mini competitions.
- Deliver sourcing strategies that balance commercial value with customer outcomes.
- Engage confidently with suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure procurement activity remains compliant with relevant public sector regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the procurement function.
About You:
You’ll ideally have experience in:
- Public sector procurement and framework agreements.
- NHS or wider healthcare procurement.
- Running compliant tender processes from start to finish.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
- eTendering systems such as JAGGAER (desirable).
