Are you someone who thrives on building great relationships and loves a good negotiation? I’m currently working with a brilliant, purpose-led business (recently ranked one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times!) that’s looking for a Sourcing Business Partner to join their growing Procurement & Sourcing team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing across the People Function – think HR, property, facilities – working with senior stakeholders to deliver real value, make smart supplier choices, and drive long-term impact.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the sourcing and supplier strategy across key areas like HR and Facilities
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Running market reviews, RFIs, RFPs – all the fun stuff
- Negotiating great deals and putting solid contracts in place
- Managing supplier performance and tackling any issues that arise
- Keeping an eye on cost, compliance, and risk across your portfolio
What we’re looking for:
- Strong supplier negotiation skills
- A natural ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Someone who can see beyond just savings – and understand risk, value and long-term impact
- Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
- Ideally, some knowledge of categories like HR, Facilities or Business Services
