A leading global Facilities Management and workplace services organisation is looking to appoint a Soft Services Procurement Manager to help shape and develop its UK soft services supply chain strategy across more than £200m annual spend.
This is a highly commercial, client-facing role working closely with Procurement, Sales and Operations, with a particular focus on Catering, alongside Cleaning, Security and Waste.
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + up to 20% Bonus + Package
Location: London – Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in the office
The Role:
- Develop and execute the soft services procurement and supply chain strategy across the UK.
- Support major bids through supplier selection, pricing reviews, client presentations and value proposition development.
- Lead supplier performance improvement activity across key soft services partners.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, segmentation, SRM and supply chain development.
- Work with operational teams to improve supplier management, pricing transparency and procurement best practice.
The Person:
- Strong procurement/category experience across Soft FM, ideally with significant Catering exposure.
- Good operational understanding of soft services delivery and supplier pricing models.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge pricing and identify savings.
- Confident working with Sales teams and presenting directly to clients.
- Strong SRM, stakeholder management and supplier performance experience.
