Procurement Governance Specialist (Coupa S2P)

A brand new role due to expansion of the procurement team, reporting into the Head of Group Procurement to support on the internal best practice and usage of their new Coupa S2P system. On top of this you will be responsible for all supplier onboarding and raising PO numbers, with the support of 1 team member reporting into this position.
At busy times when the procurement team are at capacity, you may be required to support of some supplier sourcing and tenders to new potential suppliers.
Role, responsibilities and experience required:
- Line management of one member of staff
- Accountable for conducting due diligence for potential new suppliers including ongoing financial due diligence and compliance monitoring whilst enhancing the process.
- Review, analyse and improve where necessary utilisation of Source to Pay processes ensuring excellent levels of Purchase Order compliance and touchless electronic invoices from suppliers
- Support in enhancing user experience of Source to Pay platform ensuring rich catalogue content, ongoing supplier enablement, forms, items, policies, guides and streamlined processes whilst ensuring training materials and support resources are maintained.
- Support wider Procurement team in creating and managing a third party supplier performance management framework identifying areas for improvement against contractual frameworks
- Lead workstreams on site acquisitions and disposals ensuring Group contracts and suppliers are implemented.
- To provide Procurement control and governance expertise throughout the Group including but not limited to:
- Responsible for Group wide utilisation of Coupa driving Purchase Order compliance and electronic invoicing efficiencies
- Responsible for end to end supplier onboarding process
- Taking ownership of supplier performance reporting to identify and drive improvements
- Drive ongoing value from third party supplier relationships by working cross-functionally and with Procurement Category Management and suppliers
