An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager – Mechanical Construction & Installation Services to take ownership of global category strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation for a high-growth, technology-driven organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a global category strategy for installation services procurement.
- Source, tender, negotiate, and contract with suppliers to ensure resilience and value for money.
- Manage supplier performance and lead key SRM activities, driving measurable improvements.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, legal, and programme management to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in international procurement for construction/engineering installation services in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in supplier development and contract management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and engage with international project teams.
- International sourcing experience and legal contract experience.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering procurement strategies.
- CIPS qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
