Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + £5,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our forward-thinking organisation on a 24-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape commercial delivery models and ensure they align with strategic business transformation goals and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with business transformation
- Use market intelligence to identify innovations and best practices
- Deliver trusted strategic advice to senior stakeholders across the business
- Champion supplier collaboration, total cost optimisation, and sustainable value
- Embed ESG, innovation, and process improvement into commercial delivery
- Drive alignment across cross-functional commercial initiatives and act as a key escalation point
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or professional qualification, or equivalent commercial experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Proven leadership in commercial environments or business transformation programmes, working closely with procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach
