My first few months at Talent Drive have been an amazing experience and has proved to be both equally challenging and rewarding, but overall, an amazing introduction to the worlds of both recruitment and procurement.
The entire team also have been incredibly welcoming, providing constant support and guidance and it has been fantastic to be part of a group of such amazing people, as I learn and grow within the recruitment consultant role.
Recruitment has certainly been challenging, but the engagement and enlightenment from both prospective candidates and clients alike have proved rewarding and am looking forward to continuing to build and develop these relationships as time goes on.
