As you may have seen from our social media, we embarked on our strategy day last week at the lovely Hotel Du Vin in Poole!
We really value the opportunity to bring our team together in person for these events, with some great feedback (and food!).
Brian Lombard, Manager at Talent Drive, adds;
“It was great to spend a morning in beautiful Poole building our strategy for the year and talking about our successes before heading out on a boat tour around the harbour. Days like that are a reminder of why it’s important to spend time with our colleagues outside of the usual work environment, we thoroughly enjoyed it”.
Then we ignored the grey skies and headed out onto the water to end the day having some fun as a team!

We get to talk shop, share best practice, celebrate the wins, motivate each other for the upcoming quarter and eat some cracking food (thanks Hotel du Vin!). The boat tour was an excellent way to unwind, enjoy our successes and get to know everybody just a little bit more. The personal connections matter! Excited for the next one!”
