Meet Honor – our Operations Manager!

Honor fills a new role to the Talent Drive team, which she has completely made her own (and now we’d be lost without her!).

Her role at Talent Drive as an Operations Manager involves overseeing the client/candidate onboarding process, compliance for candidates/business and general admin, as well as event management.

Honor says;

“This role has been incredibly rewarding, providing plenty of new challenges and growing my knowledge and the culture of the team is unlike any I have known.

It’s been a pleasure working with all the team these first few months and I look forward to many more to come!”

We are continually looking at ways to help raise money for this amazing charity and Honor has been instrumental in this.”

In her spare time, Honor loves walking her dog, reading and going to the gym.
