What do you love about being on the south coast?

What is there not to love! – For me that feeling of knowing that you are never anything more than a short journey from some of the most beautiful places – Whether it’s going for a swim down the beach or a coffee in the quay or a walk in the new forest. Its this that really makes me love where I live!

What do you love doing in your spare time?

I love to do anything that involves exercise really – I’m a keen CrossFitter and love to go out on my road bike to churn out some miles. In addition to this I actually really like doing DIY (I think I’m really good at it but I’m actually terrible at it)

So before joining Talent Drive, I was in recruitment for an engineering & Automotive business who were one of the leading partners for Automotive businesses in the UK – It was very fast paced environment were I learnt the art of recruitment.

If you didn’t work in recruitment – what would you be doing?

For me it would have to be a Formula 1 driver – I’m not a huge fan of the sport, however I am a huge fan of the formula 1 cars. The engineering and design that goes into them in order to make them the agile, powerful cars they are just amazes me.
