Welcome Hayley!
We’re excited to welcome not just one, but two amazing new Recruitment Consultants to the Talent Drive team! Ella and Haley recently joined our expanding Talent Drive family, so we thought we’d get to know them a little bit better!
MEET HAYLEY:
Hayley Martin joins the Talent Drive Team with over 4 years commercial and sales experience and will be working across all industry sectors supporting the team on all levels of roles from Buyer to Senior Procurement Manager grade. As an ex GB gymnast and previous professional acrobat, Hayley is a very determined individual, with meticulous attention to detail. Hayley now uses these strengths to go above and beyond in order to provide exceptional client experience.
“I previously worked in Real Estate as a Senior Sales Negotiator for just over 2 years. Before this I worked in various roles, such as teaching, entertainment, and fitness. I have enjoyed working as part of a company but also working for myself, owning my own business. I’m an enthusiastic people person who enjoys helping others. Across all previous careers I have endeavoured to help and support individuals in various ways. I feel sure my previous experience will guide me well in my new role.
I’m really looking forward to working with such a welcoming, collaborative team of diverse individuals. The company culture and ethos at TalentDrive resonates strongly with me as well as the ways in which TalentDrive sets itself apart from its competitors. I’m excited to join the team!
As a recruitment consultant I will be working closely with both clients and candidates to understand and fulfil their needs. I will be speaking with and placing candidates who are looking for permanent roles across indirect procurement from Junior Buyer level to Head of Procurement. I aim to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and continue to develop TalentDrive’s strong reputation within the market.
Being an Ex- GB gymnast, keeping fit and healthy is really important to me. I previously worked as a professional acrobat for several years and aim to keep up some of these acrobatic and aerial skills in my spare time. I have recently started getting involved in CrossFit which is fast becoming a new passion of mine!”
