Talent Drive are partnering with a leading retail business to recruit a Procurement Manager – Indirects on a 12 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover).
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad indirect procurement portfolio supporting a significant International retail estate, with plenty of untapped commercial opportunity to make a real impact.
Central London | 3 Days per Week | 12-Month FTC
£50,000 – £55,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + Benefits
Target Start: December 2026
The Opportunity
You will manage procurement across a diverse range of categories supporting retail store operations, including cleaning services, facilities management, store consumables, till rolls and other essential goods and services.
With scope to challenge existing arrangements and identify new opportunities, you’ll lead sourcing activity, supplier negotiations and category initiatives that deliver cost savings, efficiencies and improved supplier performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 3–5 years’ indirect procurement experience.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple categories and stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
- Retail and multi site experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
