About Procurement and Supply Chain
Finance is a Global Group Function with Procurement and Supply Chain, a key department, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and influencing £1BN spend across directs and indirects. The Procurement and Supply Chain department has several key pillars including Business Partnering, Category Management, Supply Chain, Responsible Procurement and Operational Excellence.

UK Intelligence (UKI) Supply Chain Team
The UKI Team supports a spend of £200m across our supply chain which covers the products and services that are delivered to our end customers across the Mission Systems, Mission Cyber Solutions and Digital Intelligence business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract administration activities including maintenance of accurate contract records and the processing of contract change notes
- Support stakeholders with analytical insights that drive smart commercial decisions
- Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of KPIs to measure contractual performance
- Executing low-complexity sourcing events and supplier selection processes
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase engagement with SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises)
- Monitor supplier risks, including supply resilience, geopolitical, financial and sustainability considerations
- Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) through performance, spend and contractual data analysis that drives value and innovation
- Support the Finance and Business Systems transformation, including transition from SAP Ariba to Oracle Fusion and establishment of a mature Source-to-Pay model
- Champion process and technology improvements to simplify how we work and elevate the value we bring to the business

Competencies & Proficiency Levels
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- An interest in pursuing MCIPS qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in how to leverage technology to support the Supply Chain & Procurement function
- Skilled in the use of MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
