Talent Drive are delighted to announce the appointment of Beth Adams as our new Recruitment Consultant!

Beth says;

I have recently started my role as a Recruitment Consultant for Talent Drive, and I can’t thank my colleagues and managers Martin and Brad enough for all their help and support. Although I have worked in recruitment for roughly 5 years, procurement recruitment is new to me but, with the help of the team who are highly knowledgeable in this industry, I have managed to pick things up very quickly. Since I have started I have engaged with numerous candidates that are seeking new employment and I am thoroughly enjoying the process of assisting them to find their ideal role through Talent Drive.

The way Talent Drive operates is fantastic and completely different from other agencies I have worked for before. They are highly respected by all their clients and candidates, and it feels great being a part of a company that is very modern in their approach. I am a full-time working mum, and I am extremely grateful for the flexibility they have allowed me so I can manage working in recruitment with a young family.

I am a mum to two little boys so in my spare time out of work and on weekends I really make the most of my time making fun memories with them, we love going swimming, trips to the park, taking our little pug for a walk, going to museums and I also really enjoy baking and absolutely love holidays.
