Indirect Procurement Specialist | £40,000 to £45,000 | 10% bonus | pension and full benefits package | Milton Keynes – 2 days in the office | A market leading brand who are in an exciting period of growth
A brand new role within the group procurement function, reporting directly into the Head of Group Procurement, due to company growth and the procurement function growing in line.
You’ll have exposure to all corporate spend, such as; IT, Digital, Marketing, Fundraising, HR, Professional Services and Travel.
Roles and responsibilities:
- End to end sourcing across a range of general indirect and corporate spend
- Manage the ongoing SRM with the key vendors for the business
- Re-negotiating existing contracts and as well as new onboarded suppliers
- Identify opportunities for new frameworks that align with industry trends, market demands, and member needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts that deliver competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.
- Managed and build relationships with other sector-relevant bodies.

Experience and requirements:
- Must have general indirects, covering the likes of IT, Marketing, HR & Professional Services
- Proven experience in procurement or category management within a public sector business
- Excellent negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to assimilate and analyse complex data and to work productively as part of a team
- Degree Educated is preferable
- MCIPS qualified or at least studying CIPS
