 The opportunity 

• As the Global FM Procurement Manager, you will be taking ownership of the strategic process, managing the existing global facilities management category. 
• You will be delivering end-to-end procurement expertise that encompasses both hard and soft FM portfolios, in addition to partnering the business and building relationships for new requirements as they come through. 

Scope of work: 

• Analyse global spend 
• Determine business requirements 
• Assess supply markets 
• Develop sourcing strategy & roadmap 
• Execution 
• Develop transition & change management plan 

 The required experience: 

• Strategic, end-to-end experience in the FM Procurement category, with demonstrable achievements delivering in global, large multi-site businesses. 
• Industry background in complex, regulated FMCG sectors. Food & beverage, chemical, life science, care products for example. 

Note: You need to be based in the UK, and have existing UK right to work in order to be considered. 

 Flexible working policy: This is a hybrid role, with occasional visits to company offices in London and South West UK. You may need to travel Internationally as required. 

The Package: 12 month fixed term contract, £75,000-£80,000 base salary + package
