Recruitment Delivery Consultant – remote based
Despite the recent pandemic we have been very busy as we continue to grow our network and client list and we are proud to be working with some of the most recognisable UK and global brands. The business has just turned two years old in May but we have already supported over 75 businesses with their recruitment needs, launched a market leading Podcast, opened our first office space, raised money for an amazing local charity Julia’s House and now we are looking for a new recruit to join our fast growing team!

So, what will you be doing in your role day to day?
· A chance to take ownership of some of our key client relationships and cultivate them by frequent calls/ meetings and networking event opportunities
· Speaking to industry leading Procurement candidates and sharing potential job opportunities with them as you look become the ‘go to’ Procurement recruiter in the area.
· Creating exciting job adverts on behalf of our clients and assessing the responses of these and presenting your shortlist with our clients
· Managing the full end to end recruitment process from initial client engagement to offer management and contract completion.
· Look to continually expand your Procurement network and the business as we continue to deliver to our clients and candidates and be part of a growing recruitment business.
