Procurement Lead- FM and Site Services | Retail | Surrey
£50,000- £60,000 + 10% bonus + great pension + additional benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a well-known FTSE 100 brand for a new Procurement Lead across facilities management and site services This role is based in Surrey but offers lots of flexible working and will see you oversee all FM Services including cleaning, uniforms, waste and laundry to name a few. This role does directly report into the Head of Indirect Procurement and will see you manage a spend around £50 million pounds.
What the role involves
Lead the Procurement FM category strategy with a focus on Hard FM and its subcategories such as catering and cleaning contracts
Deliver the procurement strategy including best practices, tools, guidance, and support aligned to business and operational requirements.
Manage a new supplier on boarding and contract performance management programme to include SLA and KPI implementation.
Ensure procurement support is provided to other improvement projects across the business.
Lead the improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of just in time deliveries throughout the supply chain.
The person we hope to find
Experience in FM category management
Good depth of strategic sourcing experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiator with suppliers
Experience in delivering measurable cost savings through successful supply chain management
Excellent problem-solving skills
Self-starter, flexible and willing to adapt to change
