Talent Drive are pleased to be supporting the recruitment of a Manager across Procurement and Supply in a fast growing European management consultancy. You will lead consulting teams, manage client relationships, and deliver end-to-end value creation projects, from cost-saving initiatives to procurement execution. You’ll also contribute to business development, practice growth, and advancing methodologies in a dynamic, entrepreneurial consultancy.
(Consulting experience needed for this role)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage procurement consulting projects, driving cost improvement programs from spend analysis to contract implementation.
Build and maintain senior client relationships, managing diverse stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful outcomes.
Oversee and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering skill development and ensuring excellence in supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies.
Contribute to business growth through practice and methodology development, while supporting business development initiatives.
Skills and experience required:
Strong experience within a consultancy environment across both Procurement and Supply Chain and experience across automotive and manufacturing is hugely helpful
Clear understanding of procurement cost saving projects
Excellent client management and relationship building skills
